Is Akechi one of the few people in your world to have the same power as you, and understands the position you're in relative to that power because he's also been in that position? And so while you think his personality is kind of rotten and probably would want nothing to do with him if circumstances were different, you're stuck with him in your life because you don't know what else to do with him?
