[Suribachi City, a sprawling area of slums and other low-income dwellings built out of a crater of destruction, is no place for anyone to be wandering around alone. Especially not someone small and unassuming. Human trafficking was a huge problem, as was outright violence and muggings. And with a fair amount of ability-users living in the area, even a fellow ability-user could have trouble on the dirty streets.

Which is why Chuuya is following this weird teenage girl from a distance as she does...whatever it is she's doing. She's definitely an outsider, she looks too nice to be someone who actually lives there. And she just gives off this air of 'not a local' too. Chuuya is honestly surprised no pickpockets have gotten to her yet.

He's still torn on if he'll even approach her or not. She doesn't seem like a troublemaker, so maybe she's just lost? He decides to delay a bit and see what she does, since there's a group of adults further up the street from where she is. It should be fine, so long as she's not rude to them. And if she does get into trouble, Chuuya can jump down from his perch and swoop her up and drag her away. His ability is nice like that.

[ Thankfully, Inaba knows how to not get into trouble. She might not be an ability user herself, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she doesn't have her wits about her. She's a rather cautious and wary person that has trouble trusting others... and would like to avoid trouble as much as she can.

Thankfully, one of her friends did teach her some basic self defense and she knows some pro wrestling moves (don't ask) in case things go to shit. And she has pepper spray. She came prepared.

So when she sees those adults, she is absolutely going to attempt walking past them, as if she didn't see them to begin with. ]
