[When Chuuya finally gets around to looking for Akira, he can be heard humming a song. The humming stops and starts here and there though, as he seems to grow more frustrated when he realizes he's humming again.

...so let's trade. IF it comes up, I'll say I used 'my power' on him. As long as I'm describing a power that's not mine it should be fine to say, right? Or hell, I could be vague about it and just say 'it's my fault' and leave it at that.

I'm mostly worried about what kind of effect people speculating about what my power is in public, even if they don't know it's mine or what it does exactly, will have on-- well.
But they wouldn't know it's yours, they'd think it's mine.
[Still, he'll relent on that idea, because he's not actually that close to Dick. Luckily it's not someone he cares about at risk so he'll give up the fight easily.]
Yeah. . . but-- I don't know. What Steph said about how even passing around an anonymous list of powers without names attached would come with consequences has me worried.

Nothing happened to him, I just worried he might be a good first target. [a tiny shrug] If I were someone who wanted to play this game the way the pink voice wants us to, I'd target someone as personable and capable as him first.
See, here I was thinking that Yu was the perfect target for the opposite reasons: I didn't see him around as much at meetings, so I figured people would be less likely to miss him.

This isn't a confession by the way, I didn't kill him. That's just the logic I'd use in picking a victim.

It's not a side effect of killing someone. It's more. . . a consequence of being awake on Thursday nights.
People who kill on Thursday nights are awake, so they don't get curfew effects. Much like people who sleep in their cabins.
