Yeah, I wanted to chat a bit. You're smart- [Don't correct him on that, plz.] -so I thought trading ideas for a bit would be good. I'm still stuck on last week's trial and I want to at least figure out the remaining killers. Even if we don't do anything about them, we should at least know what happened.

.... oh. Yeah, I agree - Zenitsu and Minako we came up mostly empty, right? We weren't even able to find any remnant of Minako's power anywhere, even though Akira spent most of the trial looking for it.

I talked with Akira about that, and actually it might've ended up on me.

[He holds up his hand, and he has a cut on his index finger.]

It's a pretty specific injury, yeah? And it doesn't really match any of the deaths, since nobody was stabbed but Yin Yu and we figured out what happened to him. So I think it might be from Minako.

A cut...? But why would it be in the form of an injury? Shouldn't she have gone for something more obviously out of place like she did before?

And if you say that it ended up on you... either she marked you, or someone transferred it to you.

It's definitely the second. I got a LOT of injuries moved over to me, this cut included. There's also an oval-shaped bruise on my back too.

But the point is, other than the circle you and Yasusada got, none of the marks look right for what Minako's power does. And Yasusada already said he didn't kill her.

Right, and I do think that he would say so if he did it.

.... but I don't know of any powers that can transfer injuries...

There is one out there somewhere, either from a power or a one-use item. Because all these injuries got transferred to me.

But we never figured out who the older injuries were from, did we?

Yeah, but the problem is that nobody was really looking for those older injuries, and I don't know who had what before the trial.

I'm irritated that we never found any of Zenitsu's belongings either.

Yeah, where did they end up? I know they disappear on Monday, but you'd think we would have at least found them after the trial.

I'm not sure - so I think they were probably involved in what happened to him. He might've tried to get his supplies from back in the cabin...

I don't really see any other reason why the door would be open like that. He must've left it open in a hurry.

Did you ask Tonbokiri about it? I think, right at the end of the trial, someone said something about his footprint matching.

I didn't... but I also think that if it's Tonbokiri, if he could choose who he fought, he wouldn't have chosen a young boy. Majima is right there.

And he also wouldn't have used a gun...

If he and Kara were ever to do anything - it'd be much like Yasusada.

I deeply, deeply doubt it.

I think that even if they were compelled to, if they were to ever murder, they would use - themselves.

I just don't know what to even think about all of this. Figuring out who did what is important, but people might just kill them in response too? And I don't want that either. Unless they're an asshole.

So... at least one of our killers is definitely deceased.

But I will say that Yin Yu wasn't involved in what happened to her or Giyuu.

Yeah, I heard through the grapevine that's what happened. How did you find that out anyway?

An item that could answer a single question - and the question asked was 'Who killed Yu?'

We're looking to see if we can find more items like that, but so far not much luck.

... No, I get it. It wasn't mine to use - but I stand beside the decision of the person who did it. I promised I'd share the responsibility with their choice.

We've been looking for a new one ever since though - but at least with the information we have... it's enough to keep moving forward.

Unfortunately, all I've got is a forgery-pen and then my stuffed animal's powers. Nothing quite as useful as 'getting one question answered.'

We should have another activity coming up though, yeah? We can all try our best at it, and maybe the new thing we get on our stuffed animals will be helpful.

Maybe. If there's any more rooms to break into, we can see what can be pulled from those as well.

I think that we're approaching a turning point... and we just have to make sure we don't lose this chance.
