Well I was doing a lot better before someone tried to blow up my home, but comparatively it wasn't too horrible of a day.

I hope so. Holding back sucks. You have to be really careful about using exactly the right amount of strength and it gets dangerous if you over- or under-estimate someone. I'd rather not fight at all than do that every day.
